Shipping & Returns
All orders will be processed and sent out within 1-2 days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders will be shipped using USPS First Class for FREE, unless a different shipping method is selected. We make every effort to get your purchase to you as fast as possible; however, there may be unforeseen circumstances that impact time of delivery (e.g., weather, mail delay, holidays, etc.) For orders requiring faster delivery, we recommend purchasing USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express. Please refer to the shipping information below:
USPS First Class (3 to 6 days) — FREE
USPS Priority Mail (2 to 4 days) — $10 flat rate
USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 days) – $25 flat rate
If you are ordering a gift for someone, please let us know and we will gift wrap, remove tags, etc. at no extra charge. Just drop us a line in the comments section of your order with any special requests, and we will do everything we can to accommodate!
Alpharetta, GA In-Store Pickup
** NEW! We are excited to now offer FREE IN-STORE PICKUP at our Alpharetta, GA location! At checkout, select the In-Store Pickup option and continue on to complete order.
- If your order is placed Monday-Friday before 12 pm (noon) MST: It will be ready for pick-up by 2 pm the same day!
- If your order is placed Monday-Friday after 12 pm (noon) MST: It will be ready for pick-up by 2 pm the next day.
- If your order is placed after 12 pm (noon) MST on Friday through Sunday: It will be ready for pick-up by 2 pm on the following Monday.
* You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.
* Please note that the above timelines do not apply to holidays. Any orders placed on a holiday, will be ready for pick-up by 2 pm on the following business day.
* All in-store pick-ups must be picked up within 14 days (unless other arrangements are made with us) or your order will be donated.

We want you to love your purchase from Magnolia Moon. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange the item with 14 days of receipt of merchandise. You may select the method with which you would like to process your return: original payment method, store credit, or exchange. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and returned with its original tags and receipt. Shipping costs cannot be refunded at this time.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact email@example.com immediately with your name and order number. If an item has not shipped yet, we will issue an immediate refund.
